Tommy DiNic’s has been serving its famous roast pork sandwich in Reading Terminal Market since 1977. DiNic’s fourth-generation owners explained how they’ve perfected the roast pork sandwich and why Philadelphians argue it compares (and even trumps) a classic Philly cheesesteak.
